Day 1: Day 1:Arrival in Mogadishu
Upon arrival at Aden Adde International Airport, receive immigration assistance for a smooth entry. You are welcomed by the team and then you will be transferred to your hotel. You will get a quick brief about your Mogadishu tour. Start your tour at the Central Fish Market to see fresh seafood, then visit Mogadishu Lighthouse and the historic Hamarweyne district with its unique architecture. Drive through Shanghai Old City, passing landmarks such as the former U.S. Embassy, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, the Italian Colonial Parliament, and Il Palazzo del Parlamento. For safety, explore Bakara Market from the vehicle and stop at camel camps. Enjoy a seafood lunch at Lido Beach, where you will also ride a boat, walk along the beach, and interact with locals. Relax at a rooftop café overlooking Mogadishu Cathedral, visit Peace Park, and then head to Airport Beach to watch the sunset and planes land. Finally, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Mogadishu. Note: The itinerary depends on your arrival time; late arrivals may require skipping some stops. For 1-day, 1-night bookings, the departure day has no scheduled activities. If your flight is in the afternoon and you have extra time, additional sightseeing can be arranged for a reasonable fee.
