1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of tour packages from Sahan Tourism ("Company," "we," "us"). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Deposit Policy

• To confirm a tour booking, a deposit per person or full payment (as indicated in your quotation) is required.
• Final payment of the remaining balance is due prior to tour departure unless alternative cash-on-arrival terms are agreed in writing.
• Bookings are confirmed only once Sahan Tourism issues an official confirmation voucher.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booked tour, notice must be provided in writing to info@sahantourism.com. Cancellations are processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative and non-recoverable visa processing fees.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price is refundable.
• Fewer than 15 days before departure: Non-refundable due to pre-committed security escorts, permits, and hotel arrangements.

4. Travel Insurance & Safety Requirements

Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and repatriation is strongly recommended for all international travelers visiting Somalia, Somaliland, Puntland, Djibouti, and South Sudan. Travelers must adhere to safety protocols provided by Sahan Tourism guides and local security escorts at all times.
